As a qualified Sports & Exercise Scientist, Sarah has had the privilege of working with athletes and industry experts in the areas of strength & conditioning, exercise prescription and exercise physiology. Sarah uses her knowledge and valuable experience to create challenging and fun workouts that are backed up by evidence. Sarah’s mission is to create a strong community around health and fitness, and facilitate a positive environment where people feel driven, connected and empowered.
