Ray has been a fitness professional for over five years. During this time, he’s worked in a range of functions, from coaching hundreds of group classes, to managing gyms, mentoring coaches and even had a role as Fitness Director for a major national gym franchise.

Ray developed a thirst to develop his fitness knowledge after he completed his first gruelling Crossfit workout, and has since grown to embrace various forms of training including strength & conditioning, functional bodybuilding and obstacle course racing.

Ray strives to provide the best in programming for his clients not only to help them achieve their fitness goals, but to also enable them to develop a stronger mindset, make positive changes to their nutritional habits, and embody a healthier lifestyle.
